Erbital has been producing since 1983, ready for cooking risotto made with Carnaroli rice, gluten free corn and rice pasta mixed with dehydrated ingredients that make up the sauce / gravy, soups made from rice, grains and legumes with vegetables and mushrooms ( ready in a few minutes ) and finally express polenta flour combined with dried ingredients.
The company, a young and dynamic company, based in the countryside surrounded by rice fields of Vercelli, where the best Carnaroli rice is collected. The close contact with the farmers of the area adjacent to the Company allows us to achieve an excellent quality in the raw material at competitive prices due to the so called supply chain at zero km.
