Erbital has been producing since 1983, ready for cooking risotto made with Carnaroli rice, durum wheat pasta mixed with dehydrated ingredients that make up the sauce / gravy, soups made from rice, grains and legumes with vegetables and mushrooms ( ready in a few minutes ) and finally express polenta flour combined with dried ingredients.
