Production
The quality is the fundamental criterion at the base of our production as well as the extreme care in the selection of the raw materials that make up all the recipes of our products.
The selection of raw materials and production take place under the IFS certification, as well as the arrival, storage and handling of ingredients used in processing.
For the packaging of the finished products the company makes use of a modern automatic technology in line, where mixtures of ingredients paired with rice / pasta / cereal / flour are weighed separately from an automated and computerized system; this system runs a variety of scales, each destined to the various ingredients, which allows to obtain the exact amount of all the components of the recipe, thus ensuring finished products to be perfectly homogeneous.
Each packaging is heat sealed in order to allow an excellent sealing of the protective atmosphere storage.
At the end of each packaging line, every product is controlled by a metal detector, that guarantees the absolute absence of any type of foreign body.
All our clients have the chance to get their articles produced with private label.
SELECTION OF THE INGREDIENTS
Our staff carefully selects and checks all ingredients before mixing it with the rice and before packing as well in order to eliminate any product defects or impurities.
